Short Tour Description
Start your tour by taking a taxi from Marrakech to the Agafay Desert, located just south of the city. The 30km journey takes around 45 minutes by taxi or shuttle transport from Marrakech.
Wen arriving at the entrance to the Agafay Desert, you'll meet your guide and prepare for a short camel ride into the sandy expanse. Admire the ripples in the sand dunes as you trek into the Sahara-like desert landscape.
Stop to take photos of the scenic views. The contrasts of the sand dunes against the looming Atlas Mountains in the distance make for incredible photos.
Next, enjoy the fun of zipping across the desert sands in a 4x4 or ATV. Feel the wind in your hair as you cruise over the sandy terrain.
After working up an appetite, relax and sip mint tea while you feast on a delicious Berber lunch. Sit atop the dunes and watch the sunset over the desert.
Wen you satisfeid, your taxi or shuttle transport back to Marrakech will be waiting. Return to your riad re-energized after a full day exploring Morocco's desert paradise
